XMedCon - Conversión de Imágenes Médicas
La aplicación XMedCon (Medical Image Conversion Utility) permite la conversión a varios formatos de imágenes digitales generadas por artefactos médicos.
The project stands for Medical Image Conversion. Released under the (L)GPL licence, it comes with the full C-source code of the library, a flexible command-line utility and a neat graphical front-end using the Gtk+ toolkit. The supported formats are: Acr/Nema 2.0, Analyze (SPM), Concorde/µPET, DICOM 3.0, CTI ECAT 6/7, NIfTI-1, InterFile3.3 and PNG or Gif87a/89a.
In addition, the program allows to read unsupported files without compression, to print pixel values or to extract/reorder/reslice image slices. It is possible to retrieve the raw binary/ascii image arrays and to write PNG or annimated GIF for desktop applications. The library could be used as a framework. With the help of GNU’s autoconf tool, make utility & C compiler, the project has been successfully build on a variety of architectures.
El sistema es multiplataforma (Linux, Mac, Windows).
